My Good friend's son, Zein Youssef, has been fighting cancer for almost two years. His family has started a foundation.

"Create A Smile is a new non profit foundation that I
started with my family members last year helping kids with cancer,
inspired by our own son's battle against cancer himself
which has been going on for almost two years now. It is not your typical
sad shed a tear foundation :) Not at all! We bring smiles to the kids
aiming to inspire them to fight stronger and beat this beast!"
